Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the petpkr platform. By creating an account or accessing any service on petpkr.net, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and petpkr ("petpkr", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at petpkr.net and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.
petpkr operates an online gaming platform providing cricket betting, live casino games, online slots, arcade games and related entertainment services. By accessing any portion of the petpkr platform, registering an account, placing a wager, participating in a promotion or depositing funds, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the petpkr platform. petpkr reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.1 Minimum Age. The petpkr platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions to allow minors to participate in gambling activities. petpkr takes this obligation seriously and enforces age verification on all accounts.
2.2 Know Your Customer (KYC). Before any withdrawal of funds is processed, petpkr requires all Users to complete identity verification. Acceptable documents for Pakistani users include a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, in cases of suspected fraud, account closure.
2.3 Geographic Restrictions. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the petpkr platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. petpkr makes no representation that the services offered are legal in all locations. Pakistani users must independently satisfy themselves that participation complies with applicable local laws and regulations before registering or wagering.
2.4 Single Account Policy. Each individual person is permitted to hold only one petpkr account. The creation of duplicate accounts by the same individual, regardless of the email address, device or payment method used, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
3.1 Registration Requirements. To create a petpkr account you must provide accurate, current and complete information including a valid email address and, where requested, a Pakistani mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your petpkr account credentials. You agree to notify petpkr immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. petpkr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
3.3 Account Ownership. petpkr accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account or any account credits to any third party. Doing so will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
petpkr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time during the life of an account – not only upon withdrawal. In cases where verification is requested, accounts may be placed in a restricted state (deposits accepted; withdrawals suspended) until satisfactory documents are received and reviewed.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. petpkr currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, USDT TRC20, Skrill, Neteller and Visa/Mastercard. petpkr reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Currency. All player balances on petpkr are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). petpkr does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently of petpkr.
4.3 Minimum Thresholds. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the petpkr Cashier section and may vary by payment method. petpkr reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification and compliance with any applicable bonus wagering requirements. petpkr reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal pending investigation where fraud, money laundering or breach of these Terms is suspected.
4.5 Prohibited Payment Sources. You may only deposit funds into your petpkr account from payment instruments registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, credit cards obtained fraudulently or funds derived from illegal activity are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
5.1 Acceptance of Bets. All wagers on petpkr are subject to acceptance. petpkr reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds, where unusual betting patterns are detected, or where the integrity of an event is in question.
5.2 Cricket Betting Specific Rules. Cricket betting markets at petpkr – including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches – are governed by additional sport-specific rules published within the Sports Betting section of the platform. In the event of conflicting provisions, sport-specific rules shall prevail over these general Terms.
5.3 Casino & Live Dealer Games. Casino games – including all live dealer titles – operate under the rules displayed within each individual game interface. The game rules constitute part of these Terms. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, petpkr's decision regarding settlement shall be final.
5.4 Palpable Errors. petpkr reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneously published odds (including technical or human errors resulting in prices that are manifestly incorrect relative to the true market). Where a palpable error is identified after settlement, petpkr may recover the difference from a player's account balance.
6.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by petpkr are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements (for sports bonuses), expiry dates and maximum withdrawal limits. These terms are displayed in full within each promotion's detail page before opt-in.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. Wagering progress is tracked in real time within the petpkr account dashboard.
6.3 Abuse of Promotions. petpkr actively monitors bonus usage patterns. Where petpkr determines, at its sole discretion, that a User is exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk wagering strategies, duplicate accounts, coordinated play or any other form of bonus abuse, petpkr reserves the right to void the bonus, recover bonus-derived winnings and/or permanently close the account.
petpkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming. 7.1 Self-Exclusion. Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time via petpkr's account settings or by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. During any self-exclusion period, petpkr will not accept deposits from or wagers by the excluded account and will suppress promotional communications to the excluded User.
7.2 Minor Protection. 18+ Users must never share their petpkr login credentials with minors. If you are aware that a minor has accessed the petpkr platform using your account, you must notify petpkr support immediately. petpkr recommends that players with children in their household use parental control software to prevent access to gambling websites.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the petpkr platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content on the petpkr platform – including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, data, odds, logos and trademarks – is the proprietary property of petpkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, published or transmitted without the express prior written consent of petpkr.
10.1 Service Availability. petpkr strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods, third-party payment provider outages and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. petpkr will not be liable for any loss resulting from platform downtime.
10.2 Gambling Losses. petpkr is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through use of the platform. All gaming and betting outcomes carry inherent financial risk. Users participate entirely at their own risk and must only wager amounts they can afford to lose.
10.3 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, petpkr's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
petpkr collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on petpkr, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. petpkr does not sell User personal data to third parties. 12.1 By petpkr. petpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes a User has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, presented false identification documents, or where continued operation of the account poses a legal or reputational risk to petpkr.
12.2 By the User. Users may close their petpkr account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal of a verified balance will be processed in the normal course, subject to outstanding KYC requirements and applicable bonus wagering conditions. Bonus balances not yet converted to real money are forfeited upon account closure.
12.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. petpkr will attempt to notify the registered email address prior to any action. Dormant accounts with a balance may be subject to a monthly administrative fee as specified in the platform's fee schedule.
petpkr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their account and/or via a notification displayed upon login. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page. Continued use of the petpkr platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, Users are encouraged to contact petpkr's customer support team in the first instance to seek resolution through informal negotiation. petpkr aims to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days.
Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be escalated to formal dispute resolution procedures as specified by the platform's licensing framework. Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
